Job Details Job Location: Lancaster, OH Position Type: Full Time Education Level: Graduate Degree Salary Range: Undisclosed Travel Percentage: Up to 25% Job Category: Nonprofit - Social Services School Based Therapist (Lancaster City Schools), LSW or LPC Compensation: $55,000-$63,000 + Productivity Bonus!

School-Based Therapists with National Youth Advocate Program will provide mental and behavioral health assessments, develop treatment plans, facilitate individual and/or group counseling to students and provide case management services to students in the program.

When school is not in session during extended breaks and summer months, you will maintain your caseload and continue to provide services to your students by meeting with them in the community.

* Coordinate and monitor services for the youth and family, including mental health, medical, educational, psychological, vocational, and social services.

* Regularly reviews and modifies youth-based plans to assure consistent progress and success on written plan goals.

* Required to conduct monthly home visits and travel daily during summers and extended breaks to provide community-based services to youth and families in compliance with organizational, contract, and regulatory requirements.

* Establishes and maintains strong relationships with parents (families of origin and/or foster families), teachers, administrators and other school staff.

* Provides safety assessment, crisis response, and behavioral stabilization services as required to assure safety and stability for youth served.
