Lead CT Tech

Position Purpose

Responsible for the operations of the CT department including daily functions, staffing, equipment and supply maintenance, reconciliation of patient records, and training and evaluation of staff. Ensures patient comfort and safety during procedures. Maintains a high quality of images produced. Responsible for availability and sterility of equipment and supplies used for assigned areas. Performs other related duties as assigned. Performs as a Rad Tech III- CT/IR.

Position Qualifications

Education:

Graduate of an accredited school of Radiation Sciences.

Experience:

Experience/certification in CT and Angiography. Five (5) years experience as a staff technologist required. Supervisory experience preferred.

Licenses/Certificates:

Must be ARRT registered. CPR within 6 months of hire.
