As a Teacher Aide, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the early development of children while enjoying a rewarding and supportive work environment.
Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) * Experience working with preschool children preferred * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if applicable) * Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings Physical and Mental Demands: * Ability to lift and carry young children * Stamina to stay engaged with active children throughout the day * Patience and adaptability to handle varying situations * Good communication skills for interacting with both children and staff Job Responsibilities: * Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities * Supervise and engage children during playtime and learning activities * Maintain a safe and clean environment for children * Assist with mealtime and ensure children's nutritional needs are met * Collaborate with the teaching team to create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere * Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required * Follow all safety and health protocols * Provide support to children's emotional and behavioral needs * Assist with administrative tasks and record-keeping as needed We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply.
