Job Summary
We seek an IT Business Systems Analyst to support our applications. The Systems Analyst will provide highly desired knowledge of data integration nuances within various industries. Reliable follow-up and follow-through skills working with the IT team and vendors to provide end users with updated information with solutions expertise.

System Implementation, Migration, Upgrades - Installation and upgrade work involving our systems:
Troubleshooting & Support - Identify failing processes, assess available IXS system(s) health, and provide recommendations for increased efficiency.
Project Management - Managing scope and system-wide deliverables for clients.
System Analysis - Hardware and software requirements planning and sizing.
Solution Design
Impact Analysis
Performance Tuning
Best Practices - review and implementation of best practices.
Communications - Understand technical concepts involving partner communication packages.
Documentation - Create, update, and maintain documentation.
Qualifications
Education
Minimum Required:
Post-secondary degree in MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Information Technology
Preferred:
Master 's Degree Preferred
Experience
Minimum Required:
5 years
Experience in data integration (EDI, EAI, or MFT) mapping, development, or architecture across multiple organizations and industries.
Preferred:
10 Years
Familiar with various EDI standards such as X12, EDIFACT, Tradacoms, VDA, RosettaNet, and XML.
Experience with retail, manufacturing, finance, healthcare, automotive, transportation, and logistics industries.
Must be familiar with various protocols, including but not limited to FTP, SFTP, AS2, and SMTP.
Job Specific Skills
Minimum Required:
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Documentation - Creating specifications and mapping documentation using formal or ad-hoc tools.
Mapping - Creation and modification of Integration Tools maps in various formats and standards, including; XML, ODBC/JDBC, flat file, iDocs (other ERP APIs), X12, and EDIFACT.
Trading Partner Testing - Create trading partner profile and communications testing.
Trading Partner Implementation - Create a trading partner profile in production and move resources to the production environment.
Communications - Understand technical concepts involving partner communication packages.
Documentation - Create, update, and maintain documentation.
Preferred:
Working with Epicor, Oracle NetSuite, Ugigami MES, TrueCommerce or AIM software
Mapping - Creation and modification of EDI maps and advanced mapping functions (ex., user-exits) in various formats and standards, including XML, ODBC/JDBC, flat file, iDocs (other ERP APIs), X12, and EDIFACT.
EDI Development - Creation and modification of business processes and workflows with and without the use of process modelers in comprehensive integration suite environments.
Communications - Understand technical concepts involving partner communication packages.
Documentation - Create, update, and maintain documentation.
Writing and modifying business processes and workflows
EAI-based development.
