Role & responsibilities
Prepare and serve healthy, hygienic, and tasty meals.
Plan weekly menus based on seasonal.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas.
Monitor food inventory and coordinate with the Admin Department for procurement.
Ensure proper storage of raw materials and cooked food.
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations strictly.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Native of Uttarakhand (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in professional cooking or kitchen management.
Basic knowledge of nutrition, hygiene standards, and food presentation.
Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
Discipline, reliability, and good interpersonal behavior.
