Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist role is available at an elementary school in Hilliard, OH. This contract position spans the current school year, with potential extension into the 2025/2026 school year. The workload includes Pre-K and elementary caseloads, providing comprehensive evaluation and therapy services within a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech-language therapy to Pre-K and elementary students.
Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify student needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to support student progress.
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and state guidelines.
Qualifications:
Must hold a valid Ohio license for Speech-Language Pathology.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association or currently in the Clinical Fellowship (CF) year.
Experience working with Pre-K and elementary-aged children preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work full time with a 7.5-hour workday, totaling 37.5 hours per week.
