**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team, focusing on CNC machining within our shipping and receiving department. This role involves working with high precision equipment and ensuring optimal performance in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate and maintain CNC mills and lathes with tight tolerances.

+ Utilize G+M code for machining operations.

+ Work with SolidWorks and design if applicable.

+ Participate in shipping and receiving logistics, including determining shipping methods and using computer systems for tracking.

+ Collaborate with the warehouse team, including planners, inventory specialists, and shipping/receiving personnel.

**Essential Skills**

+ Certified CNC Machinist.

+ Proficiency in operating CNC mills and lathes.

+ Experience with G+M code programming.

+ Ability to work with blueprints and precision measurements.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience with SolidWorks and design is a plus.

+ Experience in machining with a focus on precision (.0001).

**Work Environment**

Our clean manufacturing facility hosts a team of 92 employees. The machinist role operates on a 1st shift schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, collaborating with a dedicated warehouse team. The environment is supportive and focused on continuous improvement.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sunbury, Ohio.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
