Job Title: Project Manager - BIS Division Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage sold projects within the BIS Division.
The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional customer satisfaction through effective project management.
Responsibilities + Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget from sales handover through customer acceptance.
+ Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning.
+ Determine critical path items and coordinate execution to meet deadlines.
+ Develop and share project schedules with key milestone dates for internal and external stakeholders.
+ Monitor and report budget variances throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Collaborate with customers to implement material and operational enhancements that improve system quality.
+ Align internal Industrial teams-including engineering, controls, procurement, assembly, testing, quality, logistics, and technical services-to meet milestone targets.
+ Forecast all project materials and services to align with expected Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and Recognized Revenue/Earned Value based on milestone completion.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert in all customer communications.

The position requires physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work with power tools.
Operating manlift equipment may also be necessary.
The work schedule is 40 hours per week, typically between 7am-5pm.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $57.69 - $62.50/hr.
