Senior Enterprise Account Executive

Location: New York City, Hybrid

Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 ($275,000 OTE) + Options

Reporting to: Head of Global Sales

It was founded by world record-breaking adventurer and former brand ambassador Paul Archer, alongside viral games developer Naio Tsarouchis. We have onboarded over 60 influential brands such as Abercrombie & Fitch, Charlotte Tilbury, Spanx, Victoria’s Secret, LUSH and Elemis. The Duel team's global presence includes offices in New York City & London. Our team of 60+ is composed of psychologists, brand experts and community builders, combining cutting-edge brand expertise with seasoned SaaS experience.

We raised $16 million dollars to accelerate international growth, and equip brands with the solution needed to build relationships with thousands of advocates, customers, creators and brand ambassadors.

The Role

We want to hire Senior Enterprise Account Executives who have a pipeline generation obsession. We want builders to drive strategic revenue growth by selling Duel’s Brand Advocacy enterprise solution, into $500M+ consumer brands. Think global iconic billion-dollar brands where brand strategy is business strategy, discussed inside the C-suite and boardroom.

This role isn’t about pushing products, it’s about partnering with the most influential fashion and beauty brands in the world, to build scalable social commerce programs that outperform traditional performance or paid ads..

This means, selling the outcome, not just the software: measurable customer acquisition via advocate-powered social commerce that drives 3x+ return vs ads. Being an educator, not entirely a seller, shaping brand behaviour through thought leadership, data, and the brand advocacy playbook. Navigating enterprise sales with C-suite stakeholders, building trust and offering a full solution that includes strategy, services, and software.

This role is for the hunter, someone who takes pride in building pipelines, prospecting into enterprise accounts, and building high-value relationships. We’re creating a new category, a movement.

We’re looking for someone who will…

Drive new business opportunities to expand our customer base by proactively prospecting, engaging with leads, and converting them into long-term clients.

Develop and execute a strategic plan of execution against a named account list

Understand client needs deeply, align Duel’s solutions to their business objectives and shape decision criteria.

Effectively communicate and align the gross advocate value proposition of the platform to decision-makers.

Collaborate closely with internal teams, marketing, brand experience, leadership and product to ensure a seamless end-to-end remarkable customer experience.

Stay updated with our product offering, industry trends, competitive landscape, and market shifts to continuously adapt sales strategies and approaches for maximum impact.

Closely engage with the brand experience team to deliver unprecedented value and expand your book of business

Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives. Provide accurate forecasts (90% accuracy) and updates on all active accounts

Own the full sales cycle, prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close 6 -7 figure enterprise deals to drive substantial revenue growth

Proactively identify new business within the Enterprise segment

Engage directly with C-level and VP marketing executives of brands, to build in real life relationships, navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals

Collaborate with marketing and community teams, to connect and present tailored solutions at events to secure new accounts and build long-term relationships

We’d love to hear from you, if you have..

5-10 years of full-cycle sales experience, quota-carrying position, in a fast-paced and competitive market with a focus on closing net new logos, preferably at a fast-growing software company.

Extensive enterprise software sales experience, selling B2B SaaS solutions in the US

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Proven ability to sell to Director/VP/C-level working with multi-threaded stakeholders across various lines of business.

Experience in complex solution sales and consistently closing 6 figure deals.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

A builder mentality who thrives in collaborative environments.

Self-motivated and able to manage tasks and projects independently.

Ability to operate within the gray and find creative or out-of-the-box solutions when faced with ambiguity.

Nice To Haves

Experience as an early sales hire or sales leader at a fast-growing start-up.

Strong MarTech knowledge and understanding of MarTech SaaS products.

We do much of our best work as a team together in the office, which is why we are only hiring people within a commutable distance of our London or New York offices. However, we also know that we do our best work alone at home, and we all need to be able to balance work with life, childcare commitments, and other responsibilities. The office philosophy is hybrid, where you're encouraged to be in the office a few days a week, namely when your team will be there.
