Forklift Order Puller

Job Title: Order Puller

Pay Rate:$19/hr

Shift: 6:00 am -2:30pm Monday - Friday

The Order Puller will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking customer orders, preparing them for shipment, and ensuring the organized flow of materials within the warehouse while operating a forklift. This role involves retrieving products from designated storage areas using order sheets or electronic scanners, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely fulfillment of orders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Accurately and efficiently pull products from warehouse shelves based on pick lists, work orders, or scanner instructions.

Ensure the product correctly, quantity, and quality before packaging.

Prepare items for shipment including labeling and wrapping as needed.

Stage picked orders in designated areas for packing or shipping.

Work efficiently to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

Report inventory discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the supervisor.

Perform daily pre-operation checks on forklifts and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns immediately.

Hiring Detail:

Background check and Drug Test required

High school diploma or equivalent

Must have previous Sit-down or Standup forklift experience

Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves

Ability to read and interpret work orders, pick lists, and ship documents.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Must be able to be on your feet for long periods of time

Must be able to lift up to 65lbs.
