Summary of objectives
Quality Technician(s) are responsible for selected elements of the Quality Management System (QMS).
Essential Functions
Work safely
Keep lab neat and organized/maintain retainer samples
Support and backup quality teammates (e.g. vacation coverage)
Equipment verification/calibration
Maintain records and databases
Send-out & check-in equipment
Testing/analytics
CoA creation/delivery
Update, as directed, Quality's ERP system module
Gauges/devices
Inspection setup
Review ERP system reports pertaining to statistical process control // publish snapshots
Support the NC-hold process
Monitor physical hold areas
Maintain records and database
Publish status updates
Accept/reject material based upon CoA results
Participate/conduct internal audits
Assist the Quality Manager to:
Improve the QMS
Monitor performance against goals/GMP compliance
Develop and execute improvement plans

Other Duties
Will follow established programs, policies, and practices to produce film solutions that meet regulatory, ISO, SQF, and company requirements. Will support the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the Quality Management Systems. Accountable to the PSI's Product Safety & Quality policy.
