**Supervisor Facilitated Enrollment** **Location:** **Larkin Bldg @ Exchange Street** **Location of Job** **: US:NY:Buffalo** **Work Type** **: Full-Time** **Shift 1** **Job Description** **Facilitated Enrollment supervisor will oversee the processes for assisting patients with applying for insurances and or financial assistance in both the Kaleida North and Twin Tiers facilities.** **Education And Credentials** **Highschool diploma or GED required.

Associates preferred.

Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts preferred.** **Experience** **2 years of experience in facilitated enrollment required.

5 years of experience in a management/supervisory role preferred.

5 years of experience in customer service preferred.

2 years of experience in a healthcare related environment preferred.
