Position Overview

Our client is seeking a seasoned accounting professional to serve as a strategic partner to the Corporate Controller. This role will lead global monthly closes, consolidations, and intercompany transactions, while driving process improvements across a remote-first finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global monthly and annual close processes, including consolidations

• Manage intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and foreign currency (FX) treatment

• Provide technical accounting guidance on equity, FX, and revenue recognition

• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and support external audits

• Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Treasury, and Tax teams

• Optimize ERP systems (Oracle experience preferred)

• Mentor junior staff, with potential to manage direct reports within 2-3 months

What You'll Bring

• Active CPA and bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• 3+ years in public accounting (Big 4 or top 10 preferred)

• 2+ years in a global organization with international operations

• Deep expertise in US GAAP, FX, intercompany transactions, and consolidations

• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency goes right to the top
