As a Project Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth delivery of services and maintaining our high standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee field teams to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct practical training sessions to ensure staff are well-equipped with essential skills and knowledge.
- Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning tools and supplies to ensure operational readiness.
- Monitor and record employee hours and compensation using company software and technology.
- Work closely with clients to ensure timely completion of tasks and special projects, building strong client relationships.
- Comply with security and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform additional tasks and administrative duties as needed to support overall operational success.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, demonstrating leadership and organizational abilities.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
