Finance Manager – High-Growth Food Brand

We are a fast-growing emerging food brand seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to lead our financial operations during a critical stage of scale-up. This role requires someone who can manage day-to-day finance (AR, AP, payroll, and reporting) while also driving the strategic financial planning needed to support rapid growth and prepare the company for a strategic exit in 18–24 months.

What You’ll Do

Own the finance function end-to-end for the first 6–9 months (AR, AP, payroll, reconciliations).

Lead cash flow planning and forecasting to ensure liquidity during growth.

Build customer- and product-level P&L reporting to drive pricing and channel strategy.

Partner with leadership on financial modeling, investor reporting, and exit readiness.

Implement scalable systems and controls to support future finance team expansion.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years in finance/accounting, ideally in CPG, food production, or manufacturing.

Strong background in cash flow management and P&L discipline.

Hands-on experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.

Strategic mindset with experience preparing for investment or exit events.
