Auto Detailer - Mobile Detailing Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Auto Detailer to perform mobile detailing services at customer locations. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work with owner while representing our company professionally.

Responsibilities

Perform interior and exterior detailing, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, polishing, and stain removal.

Safely operate detailing equipment such as vacuums, buffers, extractors, and pressure washers.

Maintain a clean and organized work van, equipment, and supplies.

Communicate with customers in a professional, friendly manner to ensure satisfaction.

Follow company detailing procedures and quality standards.

Assist in upselling additional services and maintenance plans when appropriate.

Track inventory of detailing supplies and notify owner when restocking is needed.

Adhere to safety protocols and protect customer vehicles at all times.

Requirements

Prior experience in auto detailing or car washing preferred, but training can be provided.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality work.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Reliable transportation to meet at job sites or company van location.

Must be physically able to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
