**Preferred Qualifications:** - One (1) year of similar work experience.

**Responsibilities:** - Cleans and maintains rental cars by vacuuming, cleaning windows, wiping down interior and utilizing air freshener - Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners in order to prevent damage - May remove stains from carpet and other interior surfaces using chemicals and cleaning solutions - Gathers and empties trash - Monitors building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and possibly checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created - Drives vehicles while in the course of performing cleaning work - Notify management concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to facility - Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
