Position: HR Administrative Coordinator Job Description: The HR Administrative Coordinator is a key member of our HR Shared Services team.
They ensure accurate, well-maintained personnel records and people data within our HR platform (Oracle Cloud HCM) and process employee record changes, including hires, transfers, promotions, etc.
They provide a high level of customer service to our employees, assisting them with any questions related to employee records, HR processes, and self-service tasks within the HR platform.
This position is based on-site at our Groveport, Ohio campus.
Core Responsibilities & Duties: * Performs data and document entry into employee records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) / Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
* Responds to requests for employee record data and documents in accordance with company's policies, procedures and data and record security standards.
* Maintains accurate employee electronic and paper personnel files consistent with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and applicable employment laws/regulations.
* Provides excellent customer service and how-to guidance to employees performing self-service HR transactions and requests within the HCM system.
* Assists in developing and maintaining user "how-to" job aids, SOPs, and process documentation.
* Assists with HR system process improvement tasks and user acceptance testing (UAT). * All other duties as assigned to meet evolving business needs.
Qualifications: * Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required; Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university in business administration / human resources preferred.
* Experience: 2+ years' work experience in human resources administration and/or data and record administration * Strong work ethic and organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.
* Prior administrative support or customer service experience in an HR or Recruiting environment preferred.
* Expertise in quickly building and leveraging strong working relationships.
* Technical experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) technologies highly preferred; we use Oracle Cloud HCM.
* Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred.
* Technical: Proficient with common office technologies, including Windows PCs, Microsoft O365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and web conferencing (Teams, Zoom, Webex, etc.) * Environment: Comfort commuting to/from and working in a 100% on-site setting (listed in this posting). * Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality in handling and protecting sensitive information Forward Air is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
