We’re seeking a Bilingual Operations Supervisor (English/Spanish) to support hotel operations, care for our Team Members, and strengthen client partnerships. In this role, you’ll serve as the vital link between our hospitality clients, our branch team, and HotelPro’s staffing solutions—ensuring hotels are staffed, supported, and set up for success.
This is a hands-on role for a people-focused leader who thrives on solving problems, building relationships, and making a real impact every day. If you have experience as a Supervisor or in leadership roles in hotels, this may be the right opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do
Build lasting relationships with hotel leaders through regular communication and on-site visits
Meet with clients weekly to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored support
Care for HotelPro Team Members—ensuring they feel welcomed, supported, and celebrated
Recruit, hire, and onboard new Team Members while maintaining compliance and accuracy
Respond quickly to staffing requests, workplace issues, and hotel needs with proactive solutions
Ensure accurate payroll, HR compliance, and reporting requirements are met
Partner with your Branch Manager to identify growth opportunities and expand HotelPro’s impact
Promote HotelPro’s culture and core values in everything you do
What You Bring
Bilingual (English & Spanish)—a must!
2+ year of experience in a hotel leadership role
Schedule flexibility
Previous experience working independently and making informed decisions
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems
Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and proof of insurance (required for travel between client sites)
Passion for people, problem-solving, and creating great experiences for clients and Team Members
