A rapidly growing, fully remote tax advisory firm is seeking a seasoned Tax Manager to lead its expanding tax preparation department. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a CPA or EA with strong technical expertise and a passion for team development and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of tax preparers to ensure high-quality output and seamless collaboration.

Oversee the preparation and review of complex federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.

Implement and refine workflows, best practices, and review protocols to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Serve as a strategic advisor on tax planning and compliance matters, contributing to client satisfaction and retention.Qualifications

5+ years of progressive tax experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

CPA or EA certification required.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s in Taxation preferred.

Proficiency with tax software’sCompensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary up to $140K + bonus potential.

Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match.

Fully remote work environment.

Pay Details: $115,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year
