Job Description

We're Hiring: Sourcing Support Specialist

Join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting sourcing and contracting activities for services, equipment, and materials. You’ll work closely with a Sourcing Manager and cross-functional partners to streamline operations, resolve issues, and drive process improvements.

What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support sourcing operations

Resolve contract and purchase request issues (e.g., vendor status, legal entity mismatches)

Maintain and update dashboards, trackers, and rate cards

Assist in contract drafting, negotiation, and management

Provide analytical support including spend analysis, rate comparisons, and bid leveling

Guide suppliers through onboarding, KPI reporting, and compliance processes

Coordinate RFP events and manage PO/CO issuance

Support ad hoc projects such as invoice audits and process optimization

Key Skills:

Strong data analysis and financial acumen

Contract management experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience in global/multi-regional environments

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or related field

2–6 years of relevant experience

PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year's calendar year.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $60.00 per hour
