We are currently recruiting for a Food Service Assistant to be a part of our integral team at Triumph Motorcycles, Normandy Way, Hinckley, Leicester, LE10 1TG

Part time – 16 hours per week

Weekends only (Saturday and Sunday, 8.30am – 4.30pm)

What you'll be doing

Required to be flexible according to business requirements. The daily focus may vary, however it is expected that activities will typically include the following:

Prepare and serve food and beverages

Food handling and basic preperation

Setting up counters and cleaning all areas front and back of house

Restocking items and stock rotation

Operating the till and cash handling

General cleaning of front and back of house

Sweeping/Mopping and general house keeping to ensure areas are cleaned to a high standard at all times.

Preparation of any other public facing areas as required

Undertake relevant training as required of all aspects of the role, including working towards your Food Hygiene Level 2 and Health and Safety Level 2 qualifications.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is desirable but not essential as full training will be given

Friendly, polite and motivated

Must be able to work in all areas of the business if required

A DBS check is required
