Manage a team of DPMEs responsible for high-reliability space hardware development and research programs

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related Science or Mathematics field.

8+ years of job-related experience,

Skilled project manager with strong Earned Value, cost, schedule, and program performance record

Outstanding leadership skills to lead large, complex projects

Ability to provide strong technical direction in linking project(s) IP strategy to business roadmaps

Exceptional communication skills

Firm fixed price program management

Cost, schedule and technical trade-off management

Design to unit production cost

Risk management

High-reliability space hardware development

Space material procurement and qualification

Active TS/SCI
