Maintenance Service Install Technician
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Service Install Technician with a strong background in robotics, automation systems, and industrial equipment installation and repair. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for performing field service, equipment installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting for complex robotic systems and automated machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform on-site installation and commissioning of robotic arms, automation components, and industrial machinery.
Execute preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues in robotic systems.
Collaborate with engineering teams to support system integration and equipment calibration.
Interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and PLC logic diagrams.
Maintain detailed service documentation, including work orders, inspection reports, and maintenance logs.
Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication, professionalism, and timely service delivery.
Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Associate degree or technical certification in Mechatronics, Electromechanical Systems, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in robotics maintenance, field service, or industrial automation installation.
Strong knowledge of robotic systems, servo motors, sensors, PLCs, and HMI interfaces.
Familiarity with automation controllers such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or equivalent.
Proficient in using diagnostic tools, electrical testers, and mechanical hand tools.
Ability to travel extensively for field service calls and equipment installations.
Excellent problem-solving, technical communication, and customer service skills.
