Serve as the first point of contact for client communications and inquiries
Coordinate client appointments and maintain advisor calendars
Assist with onboarding new clients and managing account service needs
Ensure documentation and client processes comply with financial regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate client records and files
Support the planning and execution of offsite client events and meetings
Perform general office duties including supplies management, mail handling, and administrative support
Collaborate with the team to improve office systems and client experience
