Job Description
This Manufacturing Engineer will drive manufacturing process improvement efforts on new production lines for critical industrial power delivery systems with a team manufacturing across a very exciting spectrum of industrial and commercial market verticals. They'll be working closely with operations, quality, and engineering teams to refine assembly methods and implement lean manufacturing practices across the production floor.
What You’ll Do:
Lead process improvements and lean manufacturing projects across assembly and testing.
Identify and implement updates to equipment, tooling, and procedures that reduce downtime and improve flow.
Provide day-to-day technical support to shop floor operations and test teams.
Collaborate with engineering to interpret technical drawings and sales specs for manufacturability
Train production staff on updated procedures and best practices.
Help plan manpower, equipment, and workflow to meet production schedules.
Own metrics tied to process efficiency, quality, and delivery.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience).
Strong background in manufacturing engineering, especially within a hands-on environment.
Experience with lean principles, 5S, and continuous improvement (Kaizen).
Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics and troubleshoot real-time issues.
Comfortable using test/inspection tools and working in environments with potential hazards.
Prior experience supervising or coordinating work with production teams is preferred.
Excellent communication and documentation skills—comfortable bridging gaps between engineering and operations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and project management software.

Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
Shop floor environment involving exposure to electrical equipment, hazardous materials, and production chemicals.
