About the Role

Rossell Techsys is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fabricator / Manufacturing Engineer to join our Production team. This is an individual contributor role focused on delivering high-quality wire harnesses and integrated assemblies for aerospace and defense applications. If you have hands-on experience in wiring harness fabrication and a passion for precision manufacturing, we’d love to hear from you.

Core Responsibilities & Duties-

o Database Management

•Crisp & timely communication both within the team and across teams is vital.

•Should be self-driven with minimal intervention from team lead or supervisors.

Desired

•Knowledge on AS9100/ISO9001 Quality Management System

•Knowledge in collaboration tools like Jira & Confluence

•Knowledge in version control tools like Git & Bitbucket
