Individual Contributor Skill Trainer

About the Role

Rossell Techsys is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fabricator / Manufacturing Engineer to join our Production team. This is an individual contributor role focused on delivering high-quality wire harnesses and integrated assemblies for aerospace and defense applications. Role Description

•Execute talent development programs, design training material and deliver sessions to support technical and behavioral competencies as per the annual training plans.

•Prepare and review training programs to align with changes in work environment, projects, and customer requirements.

•Adhere to the Learning & Development strategy that facilitates and drives individual development and capacity building in line with industry/customer requirements.

Core Responsibilities & Duties

•Coordinate with Academic Partner/Certification partners for completion of training courses.

•Participate in customer, certifying body, and regulatory audits.

•Work with department leaders to bring cross-functional alignment and identify skill gaps.

•Monitor effectiveness of development programs for employees.

•Execute skill development training programs as per the plan using training content.

•Coordinate with inline trainers in executing on-the-job training.

•Maintain training records (e.g., trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets & Feedback forms).

•Assess effectiveness of training by conducting assessments and interviews.

Work experience:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in WHA and soldering of terminals

Any other specific requirement:

•IPC-WHMA-A-620/IPC-J-STD-001/IPC-A-610 standard CIS certification will be an added advantage.

•Hands-on exposure to Electrical wire harness manufacturing processes.

•Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office.

•Using basic English for daily communication.
