Associate Production Support

About the Role

Rossell Techsys is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fabricator / Manufacturing Engineer to join our Production team. This is an individual contributor role focused on delivering high-quality wire harnesses and integrated assemblies for aerospace and defense applications. Specific:

•Knowledge of wire harness components and manufacturing process used in the cable industry is preferable.

•Select Production Collaterals/Work instruction for kitting activity by referring to the baseline documents.

•Cut & code cables, print cable sleeves/markers and kit line items per BOM/JAP.

•Inspect and confirm that the right material is kitted, as per the stated BOM and latest revision.

•Complete the IQMS production transactions in real time as per the job route plans.

•Maintain traceability and accountability of raw material (cables, sleeves, line items, and PAN stock etc.)

•Maintain tools, equipment and measuring instruments in order, ensure usability and calibration expiration.

•Identify, segregate and report non-conformances / discrepancies on parts and products during verification of kits, fabrication, and testing.

•Actively participate in functional and cross functional discussions related to product and process non-conformances.

•Identify, plan, and implement process improvements (Kaizen)

•Refer and adhere to the safety requirements specific to operations and ensure zero FOD.

•Elimination of all “waste” in production

•Accountable for Failure to meet EHS requirement, report incidents, follow defined process, meet set objective and targets.
