POSITION SUMARY:

The Custom Golf Ball Print Operator is responsible for operating printing equipment and machinery to personalize golf balls with logos, names, or custom graphics. This role ensures high-quality prints, accurate color matching, and timely order fulfillment while maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the production area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Operate and maintain UV printing machines for customizing golf balls.

Prepare artwork files, align designs, and adjust print settings based on job specifications.

Perform quality control checks on printed golf balls to ensure accuracy, alignment, and print quality.

Load and unload golf balls into jigs or printing fixtures with precision and consistency.

Mix, match, and maintain inks and solvents according to safety and manufacturer guidelines.

Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues or print defects.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the customization workspace.

Package custom balls into sleeves of 3 and master cases of 12.

Collaborate with production and customer service teams to meet order deadlines.

Keep detailed records of jobs, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent.

One year of experience in commercial printing.

Previous experience in screen printing, UV, or digital printing preferred.

Proficiency in graphic design programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW is required.

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Ability to distinguish colors and spot print defects.

Basic computer skills (e.g., file setup, image formats).

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Schedule is Monday thru Friday day shift

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENST:

Ability to stand, sit, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs occasionally.

Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in golf or sports equipment manufacturing.

Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or similar design software.

Knowledge of color calibration and print finishing techniques.
