This is a 7 hour paid position with a 30 unpaid lunch

Candidate must be a team player, flexible and have experience working with young children

Create weekly, standards driven lesson plans

Develop student understanding of mastery content...integrating early literacy and early math into activities

Demonstrate and clearly communicate content to students

Maximize instructional time

Create a classroom culture of respect and collaboration

Set high expectations for academic and social emotional success

Contribute positively to school culture

Collaboate with peers

Seek professional skills and knowledge

Advocate for student success

Engage families in student learning

Demonstrate a pattern of regular daily attendance and on time arrival

Demonstrate a pattern of respectful interactions with students, colleagues, parents/guardians, and community members

Operate and care for equipment used in the learning environment

Assist with the supervision of students during emergency drills, assemblies, play periods, and fieldtrips

Perform other tasks and assume other responsibilities as determined by the Principal or designee
