Position Summary The Community Partnerships Representative plays a key role in building and maintaining relationships with local healthcare professionals, schools, churches, government agencies, and community businesses to foster a robust referral network and to drive community engagement.
The Community Partnerships Representative's primary role is to promote Park West's success to gain new patients and maintain patient loyalty.
Essential Functions * Develop relationships with key community stakeholders including local healthcare professionals, schools, churches, government agencies, and community businesses * Identify and cultivate referral opportunities by connecting community needs with Park West's services.
* Represents Park West at local events, health fairs, school functions, and community meetings to increase brand awareness, promote services and generate new patient leads.
* Support clinic-level initiatives such as coordinating open houses, and patient appreciation events.
* Assist with the development and distribution of marketing materials tailored to specific community needs and outreach events.
* In collaboration with the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO, ensures appropriate materials, and promotional items are available for outreach events.
* Monitor community trends and local competitor activity to adapt strategies and identify new opportunities for engagement.
* Represent the organization professionally and positively in all public settings and communications.
Qualifications Qualifications * Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred * Experience in community relations, marketing, outreach, or healthcare business development preferred.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required (position involves local travel) Skills * Demonstrated success in relationship-building and community engagement.
* Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
* Experience with event planning and community-based programming.
