Director of Nursing (RN) - Mill Run Health & Rehabilitation Center

Optalis Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Director of Nursing (DON) for our Mill Run Care Center. In this role, you will manage, direct and lead the nursing department to ensure residents receive appropriate care and are enabled to attain their optimum level of functioning. Ensures that the center remains in compliance with all organizational policies, local, state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

Current Ohio RN License

Current CPR Certification

Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Nursing

Prior experience with PointClickCare a plus

Previous Long-Term Care Nursing experience in a Leadership Role is required

Prior experience as a Director of Nursing preferred
