21 Trucking is a fast-growing trucking company based in Orlando, FL. We run Amazon drop & hook freight on dry van trailers with a modern fleet of Volvo, Freightliner, and Peterbilt (2020–2024) trucks. We put our drivers first by offering competitive pay, reliable freight, respect, and strong support from our team.

What We Offer

Team Drivers: 0.70 – 0.75 CPM (average 6,000 miles per week)

Solo Drivers: 25–30% of gross

Steady Amazon Drop & Hook Freight – no-touch, easy runs

Modern Equipment – almost brand new trucks

Home Time: 4 weeks out, 1 week home

Weekly Escrow Payment: $250 until $2,500 total is met

Supportive dispatch & respect for our drivers

Requirements

Valid CDL-A license

At least 1 year of experience preferred

Team players strongly encouraged (we’re focused on hiring team drivers first)

Professional and safe driving record
