Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ERP/CRM Developer to join our team in Newport Beach, California. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to work on innovative workflow automation projects using Kissflow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and optimizing business processes, integrating systems, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end solutions in Kissflow, including process design, form modeling, workflow logic, role-based access, and deployment.

• Develop and enhance workflows and applications for various business use cases, such as procurement processes, onboarding/offboarding, and incident management.

• Integrate Kissflow with internal and external systems using APIs, webhooks, and iPaaS platforms to streamline data exchange.

• Manage development environments, version control, and documentation to ensure quality and governance across all workflows.

• Plan and execute test cases, coordinate user acceptance testing, and monitor adoption to refine and improve solutions.

• Create playbooks and deliver training sessions to enable super-users and operators to utilize the workflows efficiently.

• Provide advanced-level support for complex issues and ensure smooth operation of deployed workflows.

• Develop reusable components and enforce standards to maintain consistency and scalability across solutions.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP/CRM development or related fields.

• Proficiency in client-side scripting, API development, and REST-based web services.

• Strong knowledge of JSON, OAuth2, and webhooks for seamless system integrations.

• Experience with tools like Boomi iPaaS for creating and managing integrations.

• Solid understanding of Oracle SQL and SQL Server for database management.

• Familiarity with quality assurance practices and user acceptance testing.

• Ability to document workflows, create playbooks, and train end-users effectively.
