Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing tax planning, compliance, and reporting for our corporate and partnership entities, as well as individual clients. This role is critical in ensuring our organization's adherence to tax regulations and optimizing tax strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns for corporate, partnership, and individual clients.

Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.

Conduct tax research and stay updated on changes in tax legislation and regulations.

Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities as needed.

Provide guidance and support to junior tax staff and finance team members.

Review and analyze financial statements for tax implications and reporting.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

CPA certification is required.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management or related roles.

Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.

Experience with corporate and partnership taxation is preferred.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
