Vanguard Wines is an independent importer and distributor of fine wines and artisanal spirits across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. The Role

We’re looking for a driven sales rep who loves wine & spirits and thrives on building relationships. This is not a soft sales role—our reps sell all day long, study wine constantly, and win by-the-glass placements, stack displays, and events. If you’re wired to hustle and hungry to grow, this is the place for you.

What You’ll Do

Grow a territory of restaurants, retailers, and hospitality accounts

Secure by-the-glass placements, displays, and consumer events

Exceed sales goals in a performance-based environment

Continuously study and represent a top-tier portfolio

What We’re Looking For

Passion for wine & spirits + discipline to keep learning

Proven sales drive (hospitality/distribution experience preferred)

Existing hospitality relationships a strong plus

Entrepreneurial, resilient, motivated by results

Compensation

First-year expected earnings: $45,000–$60,000+ based on performance

Commission + incentives with upside potential

Car/phone/office expense package
