JOB SUMMARY:
As the Graphic Designer for the Marketing team, you will bring our brand to life across every touchpoint—from inboxes to waiting rooms. You’ll support member growth and engagement through campaign-ready visual content, helping thousands take their first step toward better health. Your design work will help build trust, simplify healthcare choices, and drive action—particularly within our B2B2C model, serving both employer clients and their employees.
This role will report to the Director of Marketing and work closely with the Product design team to produce clear, compelling, and on-brand content that is synergistic with PeopleOne Health’s UX/UI design standards.
As Graphic Designer at PeopleOne Health, you will:
Design and develop visual content that supports member engagement campaigns, including email graphics, postcards, flyers, digital ads, and printed collateral
Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to execute creative briefs across web, print, and digital channels
Collaborate with the UX/UI product designer when appropriate
Design member-friendly experiences in Canva and Figma that are mobile-optimized, accessible, and conversion-focused
Ensure visual consistency across all channels and uphold brand guidelines
Adapt and localize materials by audience segment, region, or employer group
Support enrollment and engagement campaigns by designing website banners, landing page assets, and mailers
Contribute to new campaign concepts through visual storytelling and layout suggestions
Assist in quality control for deliverables, ensuring final outputs are clean, accurate, and on time
Maintain and organize visual asset libraries for marketing useRequirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally in a marketing, editorial, or healthcare-related environment
Portfolio that showcases both digital and print work, including layouts for email and social or web
Demonstrated ability to balance creativity with clarity and marketing goals
Experience using Canva and Figma to design for email, web, and print
Strong understanding of layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy
Detail-oriented and organized with excellent file management and version control habits
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting B2B2C marketing or communications
Experience supporting direct-to-consumer marketing or healthcare audiences
Familiarity with editorial design, templates, and print production
Understanding of user-centered design principles
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email layout (no coding required)
