Job Purpose:
This position identifies and commercializes event driven marketing opportunities, from ideation of the potential segment through optimization and operationalizing. This role is a critical member of the customer data platform team.
Job Responsibilities:
Independently performs the following responsibilities and provides guidance to other employees performing these functions:
Opportunity identification.
Identify life stage events ripe for x-sell or upsell. Forecast financial impact, align with stakeholders to test, and implement the concept.
Identify consumer pain points and define marketing automation to optimize the delivery of the solution to customer opportunities.
Define data sources for events.
Work across the value chain to build value propositions for email capture in collaboration with functional business owner.
Ongoing Optimization
Assess VNB, ROC, and ME associated with campaigns.
Collaborate with analytics on A/B and multivariate testing across campaigns to drive additional value creation.
Develop prioritization framework for campaign optimization.
Utilization of six sigma principles for variation reduction.
Determine best reach out method for life event and demographic.
Marketing Leadership
Develop new/innovative use cases using the customer data platform.
Extend the use of the customer data platform to new audiences, channels, and products.
Collaborate with stakeholders to socialize channel best practices.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of relevant experience in a marketing environment.
Project management skills.
Indirect leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently.
Ability to work in a project-oriented team environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Previous experience managing customer-driven marketing automation initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce marketing cloud, test/learn, segmented and automated journey
Direct to consumer oriented
Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.
Base Salary Range:
$91,300.00 - $136,900.00
