Join our dynamic JGS team as an LPN in Longmeadow and make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As an LPN, you will have the opportunity to provide top-notch care to the elderly in our skilled nursing facility. Working alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. With a patient ratio of 1 nurse to 12 patients, you will have the chance to build meaningful connections with those under your care. This onsite position offers competitive pay ranging from $36 to $41 per hour, reflecting your skills and dedication.

As an LPN at our Longmeadow facility, you will be responsible for providing quality care to our elderly residents in our skilled nursing setting, you can expect to administer medication, monitor vital signs, assist with daily living activities, and collaborate with the rest of the healthcare team to ensure the well-being of our residents. Your daily schedule may vary, with shifts available from 7 am to 3 pm, 3 pm to 11 pm, and 11 pm to 7 am.
