Dates: October 13 – 26, November 10 – 16 & 24 – 30, December 8 – 21 (we are also looking for permanent replacement)

Schedule: 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off

Call Ratio/Schedule: Shifts are 24 hours with low volume needs. Deliver approximately 45 babies a year, approximately day surgeries / endoscopy on weekdays (just under 200 surgeries per year)

Types of Cases: General Surgery with Foregut and Bariatrics, T&A, typical family practice procedures, vein surgery, c-section, ER airway management, sedation for fracture care, etc.

EMR: Cerner

Supervision/Medical Direction/Autonomous (if CRNA job): Chief Medical Officer and non-clinical support direct to Chief Operating Officer

# Of ORs: 1 primarily and 2nd for backup section

# MD’s and # CRNA’s in practice: 1 DO general surgeon, 4 MD/DO family practice with OB, 1 primary CRNA and 3 PRN

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP
