DESCRIPTION:

Job Title: RN-OBU/L&D

Location: Fort Defiance, AZ 86504

Contract Type: Travel

Shift: 12-hour night shift. Must be flexible, includes weekends and holidays. Both day and night shift coverage.

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Registered Nurse needed for L&D, Post Partum rooms, BFHI, babies room in with moms -- average 40 deliveries per month, average 6 C-sections per month. May have to cover as charge nurse, after charge nurse training, on occasion.

Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of (5) Five years recent experience in the specialty that is being applied for in order to be considered.

Certification: American Heart Association BLS, ACLS OR ALSO, NRP AND AWHONN Advanced FHM required**. May substitute RNC-EFM for AWHONN FHM.

Note: Travelers are occasionally expected to float to other departments in which they are qualified to work. This could include taking a patient load if experienced and competent in that setting or could be task-oriented such as answering call lights, phones, etc.
