Intern, Information Technology and Support Service
Duration: January 2026 - October 2026
Hours: 20+ hours per week, not to exceed 30 hours per week
Location: Chase Field / Phoenix, AZ
Internship Requirements:
Must be a junior, senior, postgraduate student, or within one year post-graduation pursuing a degree from an accredited college. (If you do not meet the internship requirements, please do not apply.)
Primary Duties:
Help Desk support
Asset Management
Information Security
Network Administration
System Administration
Creation of User Training materials
Application testing
Mobile Phone support
Printer support and management
Assist with day to day activities
Assist with Onboard/Offboard process of Associates
General Day of Game responsibilities
Assist at Spring Training / MiLB Salt River Facility
Qualifications:
Superior customer service skills are a must
Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal
Superior telephone manner and etiquette are necessary
Above average computer skills including Excel are required
Ability to work independently or as part of a team and ability to take direction is a must
Ability to multi-task and still complete projects in a timely manner
Self-motivated and goal driven
Professional appearance and positive attitude
