Responsibilities
Safety Leadership: Enforce and champion safety programs, conduct daily safety inspections, lead safety meetings, and report on safety incidents or near-misses.
On-site Supervision: Manage and direct construction efforts, supervise employees and subcontractors, track progress, and resolve on-site issues.
Contractor Management: Coordinate subcontractors, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and participate in bid reviews and negotiations.
Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control programs, conduct audits and checks to ensure compliance with design specifications.
Site Logistics: Plan and supervise logistics, including material delivery and equipment use, to maximize efficiency.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary contact for on-site matters, communicating effectively with clients and project teams.
Cost Management: Develop and manage cost controls, track expenditures, and generate cash flow forecasts.
Scheduling and Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Analyze EVM data and KPIs, produce reports and dashboards for management.
Change Management: Lead the change control process to evaluate and track project changes.
Risk and Opportunity Management: Coordinate risk management processes and develop mitigation plans.
Other Duties: Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
