Responsibilities
Purpose: Install and maintain of personal desktop computers, including laptops, for OSU Physicians, Inc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Field support calls and follow through on reported problems to resolution.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic PC problems.
Setup and install Windows-based operating systems.
Install and maintain general business applications including Microsoft Office products, cloud-based technologies and browser support, local clinical applications
Maintain PC-level network connectivity including maintenance of the general user network account.
Support PC hardware issues including the installation and maintenance of internal hardware upgrades such as memory, hard drives or video cards, printers.
Travel to/from clinics and business offices to provide on-site support to customers.
Utilize user ticket management software to track and document work, including good documentation on issue status and resolution, communication with customers and leadership roles, and to close tickets in a timely manner.
Adherence to departmental policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent.
2 years of PC/Desktop or server support/administration, specializing in Microsoft-based operating systems.
Preferences:
Application support experience in a healthcare environment.
Pay Range
USD $22.17 - USD $33.25 /Hr.
