The company serves both individual and commercial clients across the region and is known for its high-quality service and customer satisfaction.Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Body Shop Manager to lead a team of technicians and detailers.

This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality control, managing workflow, and maintaining customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate body shop staff and workflowEnsure timely completion of repairs and detailing servicesMaintain high standards of quality and safetyManage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationshipsProvide estimates and communicate with customersTrain and mentor techniciansMonitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvementQualifications:Proven experience in auto body repair or shop managementStrong leadership and organizational skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesKnowledge of industry tools, techniques, and safety standardsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred:I-CAR or ASE certificationsExperience with protective coatings (e.g., Rhino Linings)Familiarity with mobile wash or heavy equipment detailingBenefits:Competitive salary based on experiencePaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for advancementSupportive team environment Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
