Job Title: Paediatric Occupational Therapist

Location: Hertfordshire (commutable from North London & surrounding areas)

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Term-Time (option for full-year available)

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Paediatric OT in this specialist setting, you’ll support students aged 4–19 with a wide range of complex needs, including ASD, sensory processing difficulties, and global developmental delay. You’ll:

Conduct functional and sensory-based assessments

Develop and implement individualised therapy plans

Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Use evidence-based interventions to improve independence and access to learning

Support EHCP targets and contribute to annual reviews

Deliver both 1:1 and group therapy sessions tailored to students’ needs

Requirements & Qualifications:

We’re looking for someone who is:

HCPC-registered as an Occupational Therapist

Experienced in working with ASD and/or severe learning disabilities (paediatric or SEN school experience preferred)

Confident in using sensory integration and functional life skills approaches

An excellent communicator who can work well within a multidisciplinary team

Passionate about enabling children to reach their full potential
