Primary purpose of the position:
This role is responsible for developing software for Ball’s Digital Center of Excellence. The role includes designing, implementing and supporting various software with Enterprise Systems using Microsoft technologies in order to support the company digital initiatives.
Essential Responsible Areas:
Identify opportunities, design and implement software that will lead the digital solutions to a safe, scalable and reliable integration
Communicate effectively with stakeholders including DevSecOps, data engineers, Enterprise Architects, product and business owners assisting with integration-driven discussions
Hands-on delivery of sofware solutions using Microsoft tools
Ensuring design considers scenarios where the happy-path does not occur
Applying knowledge to support the troubleshooting and issue resolution processes throughout the integration life time
Transitioning solutions into production through contributing to effective documentation and handover to operational service teams
Design and develop solutions with Logging, instrumentation, error, and exception handling
Position Requirement & competencies:
Mandatory
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, such as IT or Computer Science
Knowledge of coding languages, such as C#, Python or Javascript
Good presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate and clearly formulate technical issues for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Advanced or fluent english (Global report)
Desirable
Experience with code’s versioning using GIT.

Location: São José dos Campos/SP (GBS)
Hybrid On-Site Work Environment: This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for three (3)days per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 17:00 PM
