Machinists Pay Depends on Experience

1st shift Monday- Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm

Aventure Staffing is seeking Machinists to work for a well established, climate controlled manufacturing company in Spirit Lake, IA. Must have manufacturing and CNC Machining experience!

Responsibilities:

Work as a team to manufacture quality hydraulic cylinders.

Reads blueprint or job order for product specifications, such as, dimensions and tolerances, and tooling instructions, such as fixtures, feed rates, cutting speeds, depth of cut, and determines sequence of operations;

Tends to one or more machine tools, special-purpose machines, or industrial robots to machine metal work pieces to specifications on production basis.

Selects, positions, and secures tool in tool holder (chuck, collect, or tool post);

Identifies (including nonconforming dimensions) and separates all nonconforming parts

Requirements:

Good work history

Machining and Manufacturing experience

Must be able to work in fast-paced environment.

Must have basic math and computer skills

Able to use a tape measure

Must have good work history

Pay & Benefits:

Starting Pay: Depends on Experience
