Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bartender to join our elite team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and luxury hospitality, with exceptional skills in mixology and beverage service. As a Bartender, you will be instrumental in creating a sophisticated and engaging bar atmosphere, delivering impeccable service and crafting memorable beverage experiences for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

Craft and serve a diverse range of beverages, including classic cocktails, signature creations, and high-quality wines and spirits.

Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the bar menu, food menu, ingredients, and preparation techniques to provide recommendations and answer member inquiries.

Design and implement bar programs, including cocktail menus, seasonal specials, and innovative beverage presentations.

Ensure that the bar area is maintained with the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency.

Manage inventory and control costs through effective ordering, receiving, and stock management practices.

Deliver world-class service, engaging with members and guests in a warm, professional manner to elevate their experience.

Monitor and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and compliant environment for both staff and guests.

Collaborate with the service and culinary teams to ensure seamless integration between bar and dining experiences.

Participate in pre-service meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and uphold the club’s high service standards.

Manage opening and closing duties, including setup, breakdown, and side work assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of bartending experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality environments, preferably with exposure to Michelin-starred establishments.

Extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail crafting, with the ability to create and recommend pairings for an upscale clientele.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with high-profile and discerning guests.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy setting while maintaining impeccable professionalism and attention to detail.

Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to bar operations and high-end beverage service.

Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physically demanding tasks as required.
